Located in the lower level of the Sidney Lu Mechanical Engineering Building, MechSE MakerWorks is our student-ran maker space, empowering students with mechanical skills in 3D printing, laser cutting, wood making, and metal making. These experiential learning spaces empower our engineers to lead the next generation of innovation.

An assortment of saws, Inventables CNC router, and many Bosch-gifted hand tools empower your innovation in this studio.
Metal Maker Studio
Access to this studio is granted to qualified undergraduate students who volunteered to participate in student clubs and have received sufficient training from professional machinists.
