Official Description
Introduction to basic concepts in electromagnetic fields and waves as they pertain to measurement science and subsurface imaging. Related applications using wave-based probes, such as acoustic fields and waves with an emphasis on current phenomena and technologies. Course Information: 4 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: PHYS 212, MATH 285 OR MATH 286 OR MATH 441. Restricted to students with Senior or Graduate standing, or instructor permission.
