WELL Resources
The Sidney Lu Mechanical Engineering building is the first facility on any University of Illinois campus to attain WELL Certification, based on the 10 concepts developed by the International WELL Building Institute.
This certification requires the formation of a MechSE WELLness Committee that stewards and
promotes wellness within the department to maintain our WELL Certification.

MechSE students are dedicated to learning, exploring, and eventually graduating, but before any of this can happen, they need to be WELL--physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Faculty/Staff Assistance Services
Campus Wellbeing Services
Psychological Services Center
MechSE faculty and staff face their own challenges, ones that can prove extremely daunting, and WELLness is just as important for them.
We urge everyone in the MechSE community to take care of themselves and to consider using the resources available.
