Three MechSE staffers awarded for exemplary service

Nicole Neighbors, Pam Vanetta, and Emad JassimEmad Jassim, Nicole Neighbors, and Pam Vanetta have been announced as winners of the 2014 MechSE Staff Award for Exemplary Service. “These individuals are being recognized for their contributions to our department and for outstanding service to our faculty, students, co-workers, and others,” said Placid Ferreira, MechSE’s Department Head.

Nicole Neighbors, Pam Vanetta, and Emad Jassim
Emad Jassim, Nicole Neighbors, and Pam Vanetta have been announced as winners of the 2014 MechSE Staff Award for Exemplary Service.

“These individuals are being recognized for their contributions to our department and for outstanding service to our faculty, students, co-workers, and others,” said Placid Ferreira, MechSE’s Department Head.

Jassim, the department’s Director of Undergraduate Programs, has worked for the department since 2006. Neighbors, Assistant Director of Research Administration, has been in MechSE since 2008. Vanetta, Office Support Specialist in the Undergraduate Programs office, joined MechSE in 1992.

They will be honored at the MechSE Awards Banquet on April 11, 2014 at the Alice Campbell Alumni Center.
