MechSE alumna Morgan Hawker (MSTAM '05) has been promoted to senior project manager for the Industrial Design Studio at Luckett & Farley.

Hawker has been at Louisville-based Luckett & Farley since 2016. Most recently she served as the civil engineering discipline manager, responsible for civil engineering quality control, resource management, and ensuring the ongoing training and development of the firm’s civil engineers. She focuses on providing civil engineering solutions with a high priority on the safety of personnel and the community, as well as environmental compliance. Additionally, she led the way for the firm to expand their real estate due diligence services.

In recent years, Hawker has become a key leader, both in project management and client relationships. Her expertise in distribution and logistics and site planning as an extension of the owner’s team has helped one Fortune 50 company expand their operations across the country and improve their services. As a senior project manager, she’ll be dedicated to her clients’ continued success and ensure they continue to experience the highest level of customer service from Luckett & Farley.

“Senior project manager is the simplest way to define Morgan’s role, but her influence goes far beyond that,” says Mike Prindle, Market Director for the Industrial Design Studio. “A lot of her energy is focused on serving the client and discovering ways to tailor our services to best serve their team. In this way, we’ve been able to work as a complement to our clients’ teams, allowing them to rollout nation-wide programs with Morgan as the single point of contact.”

Hawker’s holistic approach to program management is part of what makes Luckett & Farley project managers unique. Their client-focus and range of expertise allows them to lead the rest of the Luckett & Farley team to meet each client’s specific needs and tackle a whole suite of projects. Under leadership like Hawker’s, Luckett & Farley fills in any gaps for their clients and expands their clients’ internal bandwidth.
