Ostoja-Starzewski joins editorial board of ERA

The Electronic Research Archive publishes original and expository full-length research articles of significant advances in all branches of mathematics, applied mathematics, artificial intelligence, applied computing, signal processing and related fields.

Martin Ostoja-StarzewskiProfessor Martin Ostoja-Starzewski recently joined the editorial board of the Electronic Research Archive (ERA).

Formerly known as Electronic Research Announcements in Mathematical Sciences, ERA publishes original and expository full-length research articles of significant advances in all branches of mathematics, applied mathematics, artificial intelligence, applied computing, signal processing and related fields. All articles published by ERA are aimed at a broad scientific audience.

Ostoja-Starzewski's research interests are primarily in thermomechanics and transport phenomena in random and fractal media, advanced continuum theories, and stochastic wave propagation. He serves on the editorial boards of more than ten other journals, including as editor of Acta Mechanica; managing editor of Mathematics and Mechanics of Complex Systems (MEMOCS); editor-in-chief of the Journal of Thermal Stresses; associate editor of Mechanics Research Communications; and co-editor of CRC Modern Mechanics and Mathematics Series.
