Professor Naira Hovakimyan’s startup IntelinAir was named among the “101 Most Innovative Analytics Startups & Companies” in the U.S., according to Data Magazine.

IntelinAir is an agriculture focused aerial imagery analytics company that delivers actionable intelligence to help farmers make decisions. The company uses AGMRI – a cognitive AI platform – that incorporates machine learning, computer vision, and high-res imaging to offer complete visibility of farms and crop yields.

Most recently, IntelinAir was ranked no. 714 on Inc.’s 2020 list of the 5,000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S.

In a video produced by the Beckman Institute (below), Hovakimyan spoke extensively about how IntelinAir aims to address the challenges of monitoring crop disease, nutrient deficiencies, timing of harvests, and more – issues that can dramatically reduce crop yields.
