Laboratory for the Mechanics of Foams

This laboratory is devoted to the experimental
study of the mechanics of solid and liquid foams.The laboratory
possesses a computer-controlled camera for high-resolution, 1030x1300-pixel
image acquisition, as well as software for image analysis, including
digital image correlation. There are also quasi-two-dimensional
cells for the study of solid and liquid foams, and equipment and instrumentation
for environmental control.
