Krier Receives AIAA Award

Kritzer Distinguished Professor of Mechanical Science and Engineering, has received the Sustained Service Award from the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The award is given for sustained and significant service and contributions to AIAA.

Professor Herman Krier, Richard W. Kritzer Distinguished Professor of Mechanical Science and Engineering, has received the Sustained Service Award from the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The award is given for sustained and significant service and contributions to AIAA. Krier was recognized for "continuous active service by attending every AIAA Aerospace Sciences Meeting and AIAA Joint Propulsion Conference since 1970, for presenting a large number of technical papers (including 40 papers in AIAA journals/book chapters), and for active service on three AIAA Technical Committees." He will accept his award in July at the AIAA/ASME/SAE Joint Propulsion Conference.
