Research Description

As the director of the Center of Advanced Materials for Purification of Water with Systems (the WaterCAMPWS) and associate director of the Center for Nanoscale Chemical-Electrical-Mechanical Manufacturing Systems (Nano-CEMMS)-both funded by the National Science Foundation-Professor Shannon is advancing nanoscale, microscale and mesoscale science and technologies that address real-world problems.
