Travel

Participants should arrange their own travel (air, train, drive, etc). Travel expenses may be fully or partially reimbursed through the support of an NSF grant. Since we have a fixed budget for each participant's travel expenses, we encourage the participants to make their travel arrangement early for lower prices.

The workshop will be held at the NSF in Stafford II, Room 555, 4201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22230. All participants need to go to the main entrance of the NSF building to receive your badge for those two days.

Self-addressed envelopes with reimbursement forms will be handed out at the workshop. We ask that you mail this form along with your receipts back to us. A reimbursement check will be mailed to you from the University of Illinois. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
